For this purpose, we have taken our commercial activities that we have been continuing for years one step further and started to market and sell the products of our commercial partners with whom we work in Turkey, Europe and the Far East with our Livamak brand.

For this purpose, we have offered the machines of our suppliers, whose quality we trust, to the service of our customers with an OEM sales policy. While doing these operations here, we aimed to gather all the machines needed by our customers at the most affordable prices under the same roof, rather than just selling with OEM logic. As it is known, procurement is a very serious process and it is a process that needs to be followed and controlled in the best way. In addition, dealing with dozens of suppliers one by one is both a really tiring and very risky process. Here, we take all this burden off your shoulders and carry out machine model determination, order process, manufacturing stage follow-up, quality control, payment facilities and reliable delivery of machinery and equipment for you, and we do all this under one roof.

QUALITY

As a result of our long studies and experience, we have determined the most accurate, highest quality and most economical manufacturers for you and ensured that they take their place in our sales network and we continue to do so. We determine our supply partners under our supply chain as originating from Europe, Turkey, America, China and Taiwan, and at the same time, we can work with many different suppliers in the same product group from time to time. The reason for this is that we aim to appeal to customer preferences and to make it easier for our customers to reach the desired product according to their financial needs. Therefore, our company can easily take its place at the point of preference in the international sense. As it is known, the machinery sector is not only about the marketing of the products, but also about guaranteeing the quality of the products you supply, offering the most accurate products to the customers and providing all the necessary technical support both before and after sales. In this case, we take certain steps to carry out the necessary tests and ensure quality control of the products we supply for you before delivery. We take all the necessary steps to ensure that the checklist we have created for these and collected in the check-list is filled in correctly by the manufacturer and that all necessary deficiencies are fulfilled.

In this way, the necessary tests are carried out before the products reach the customer, and even before the product is loaded to the customer, the product check-list and the working video of the product, and even the technical drawing application that the machine requested by the customer must fulfill are made and the video is sent to the customer. Subsequently, after all approvals are obtained, all paint control, packaging control and pre-loading controls are carried out correctly and product supply is ensured.

PROCUREMENT PROCESS

As we mentioned above, all necessary contacts between the customer and the manufacturer are made as necessary until the order stage of the ordered product is made, and the technical drawings of the works to be done by our customers are submitted to the approval of the manufacturer together with the order after the manufacturer's approval is obtained. In this way, all parties act with a sense of responsibility and possible errors that may be encountered are minimized. Then, stages such as order confirmation, payment process, manufacturing follow-up, up-to-date information processes and the manufacturing process reaching the promised delivery date are passed.

After the product is ready, as mentioned above, the final controls and packaging processes are carried out, and then the stages of delivering the product to the customer are carried out according to the customer demand.

INSTALLATION & TRAINING

As Livamak, we carry out these processes with our own trained technical service team and fulfill all organizations during the on-site installation of machinery or equipment, which is supplied in coordination with our supplier partners. Of course, all these organizations operate in synchronization with the delivery plans and stages of the product. In order to install the product on site, it is ensured that all infrastructure preparations are brought to mutually specified standards during the manufacturing phase of the product, and when the product arrives at its location, we ensure that the necessary installations are made together with our technical team who come to you on time.

In addition, after the installation of the product, the necessary trainings related to the product are given to the customer by complying with the mutual agreements reached at the necessary point and the correct use of the product is ensured.

SPARE PARTS SUPPLY

In terms of spare parts, we are really confident that our customers do not expect spare parts consumables for long periods of time. As a result of the quick actions we have taken, especially in the supply of the needed parts, and the right steps we have taken to deliver these parts to our customers quickly, accurately and safely, we think that we have gained the trust of our customers so far in this regard, and we continue on our way with the same confident steps.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

With our strong and on-site contact network, we first take the first of the most important steps to be taken at the point of eliminating the problem by identifying the source of the problem. After the problem determination, first of all, it is checked whether the problem can be solved remotely, and the necessary steps are taken to eliminate the problem in the shortest way by presenting the necessary explanations and solutions to the customer. If the problem persists after what needs to be done at the remote intervention point is done, all necessary organizations are made and the necessary visits are made at the most appropriate time and immediately so that our technical team can intervene in the machinery or equipment and a solution is reached.
