LİVAMACH Press C Type Hydraulic Presses, manufactured with a capacity of up to 250 tons, are produced in standard sizes but can also be customized up to a certain table size. This is because the chassis is in the shape of a C, which creates space inside the chassis and causes it to flex. Beyond a certain table size, we recommend H-type presses to our customers. These presses are preferred for deep drawing processes with small molds due to their smaller footprint in production.
Additionally, an extractor cylinder placed within the upper platen for tasks requiring extraction facilitates easier and quicker removal of the product after the molding process is complete.
