Technical Specifications and Advantages
The Bombe Edge Bending Machine starts the bending process by placing the edge of the bombe head neatly between two moulds, one fixed to the upper reducer and the other idle at the bottom. When the upper spindle runs, the spinning process starts and the hydraulic cylinder number 3 is moved upwards. The edges of the curved ends are bent by the linear movement of hydraulic cylinders 1 and 2. This process is repeated two or more times until the expected values are obtained according to the thickness, depth and diameter dimensions. High performance curved edge bending process is realised.
