The crowning table calculates the compensation value according to the overall deformation of the slider and the table surface. This allows the deformation curve of the bed to be seamlessly aligned with the compensation curve, ensuring the best straightness and angular consistency of our products.

LİVAMACH econom press brake back-gauge system not only has an X-axis for back and front movement but also has a manual R-axis for up and down movement. When a better controller system is selected, an automatic R-axis is optional for more precise operations. Also, the convenient stop fingers can complete the orientation of the plate
FAST RELEASE CLAMP
LİVAMACH fast clamps can reduce the press brake tooling setup time on your existing machine by more than 30%. It can increase operator safety and working efficiency. LINEAR GUIDE AND BALL SCREW
We provide you with the HIWIN linear guide and ball screw that can realize the front and back movement of the back-gauge system, to control the bending angle and position of the bending material. Through it, the press brake can achieve a high degree of precision and repeatability in the processing of bending material.
LASER ALIGNMENT TOOL *
This laser alignment tool utilizes lasers to project a visible beam onto the workpiece, providing a reference line that assists operators in aligning the material with precision. It can speed up the alignment process, reducing setup time and increasing overall productivity.
TOOLING CABINET *
LİVAMACH offers industrial-grade bending machine tooling cabinets with good quality and large capacity. We can customize a variety of sizes according to customer needs, such as small cabinets.
SAFETY DOOR SWITCH
When the electrical cabinet door is opened, the safety door switch will automatically cut off the power supply to the electrical system, preventing personnel from coming into contact with live components and circuits.
FOOT SWITCH
By using the KACON foot switch, operators can respond quickly in the event of an unexpected situation and immediately step on the switch to stop the operation of the machine, thereby protecting the safety of the operator.
FRONT LIGHT CURTAIN *
The front light curtain system will immediately send a signal to trigger the press brake to stop or slow down to protect the fingers of the operators by transmitting and receiving optical signals to monitor whether people are entering or approaching this area.
LASER PROTECTION *
The MSD laser protection uses a laser beam to create a detection area, and if an opaque object interrupts the beam, the control system stops the device. Thus fully protects the personal safety of the operator, to avoid the danger caused by the rapid movement of the press brake slider
SAFETY PLC *
In the event of unexpected shutdowns, or abnormal conditions, the safety PLC will promptly restore the press brake system to a secure state to ensure the mitigation of potential dangers and accidents, safeguarding individuals, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
MONITOR VALVE *
The monitor valve monitor and control the pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system. When the pressure exceeds the set range, it will automatically trigger and maintain the pressure within the safe range by adjusting the flow rate or damping.
SAFETY GUARD SWITCH *
The safety guard switch can detect the opening and closing state of the guardrail door. When the guardrail door is opened, the power-off device will immediately cut off the power supply of the press brake to stop its operation, to guarantee the operators' safety.
OIL COOLER *
Oil coolers employ cooling fans and coolers to effectively lower oil temperatures, to ensure the hydraulic system's stability and optimal operation by maintaining suitable operating conditions for its components.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
The warranty period is 36 months after receiving the machine; any quick-wear part is available for free during the guarantee period under proper operation, customers only need to pay for the freight of the replaced new parts. Installation and training services are optional for customers, any client can ask for this service from HARSLE, and they should assume the airfare and accommodation for our engineer during the journey. The salary for each engineer is USD300 per day.
