Livamach panel bender steel plate welding body adopts international advanced technology. The welded body prevents deformation, maintains internal stability and greatly extends the service life of the machine. And the high-temperature tempering treatment process is used to improve the toughness and stability of the body structure.
EtherCAT refresh cycle is 2ms, fast refresh cycle can maximize the reaction speed of the system, and data transmission can reduce the machine error. The axis maximum output pulse frequency is 500KHz; the maximum input/output IO number is 32, this value can be an arbitrary configuration, enrich the operation space, and ensure that the equipment accesses the automatic production line interface.
It has an advanced feature of automatic learning and updating of drive parameters. This capability allows the system to quickly adapt to varying operational conditions, significantly reducing the time required for tuning. MANIPULATOR
It handles positioning according to sheet placement and bending requirements. The manipulator uses upper and lower clamps to secure the sheet. After referencing, it determines the necessary rotation from the starting position, aligns the appropriate edge for bending, progresses through bending steps, and positions the bent sheet for evacuation.
SAFETY SHIELD
The metal safety shield effectively prevent access to moving parts, reducing the risk of injury from accidental contact or flying debris. These guards are securely fixed around the bending center worktable to ensure stability and reliability in safeguarding operators.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The automatic lubrication system effectively distributes the lubricant to each key part through precise automated control, ensuring that the equipment maintains the best condition under high load, reducing manual maintenance and failure caused by insufficient lubrication.
BENDING DEMONSTRATION
AUXILIARY BENDING TOOLING *
The two servo motors drive the local bending toolings at both ends, and the system automatically uses the local bending blades according to the bending programming requirements of the plate, which makes the local bending of one side of the plate a reality and enriches the bending styles. The auxiliary bending tooling can be setup either automatically or manually, depending upon application needs.
ROBOT ARM *
The sheet follower system for press brakes is an auxiliary device installed on bending machines, primarily used to continuously monitor and track the position of metal sheets during the bending process. The system automatically adjusts the position and angle of the supporting arms to ensure that the sheet moves steadily and accurately throughout the entire bending process. This significantly improves the precision and efficiency of bending while reducing the physical strain on operators.

The ball screw in the bending center ensures precise linear motion and positioning, reducing friction and enhancing efficiency for smooth and accurate bending operations.
ROBUST LINEAR GUIDE
The linear guide provides stable and precise movement of components, ensuring high accuracy and reducing wear for a longer lifespan and consistent performance.
ADVANCED BEARING
The high-quality bearings in the bending center minimize friction and wear, supporting smooth rotation and load distribution for reliable and efficient operation.
PREMIUM REDUCER
The reducer in the bending center provides controlled and efficient speed reduction, enhancing torque and ensuring optimal performance of the bending process.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
The warranty period is 36 months after receiving the machine; any quick-wear part is available for free during the guarantee period under proper operation, customers only need to pay for the freight of the replaced new parts. Installation and training services are optional for customers, any client can ask for this service from HARSLE, and they should assume the airfare and accommodation for our engineer during the journey. The salary for each engineer is USD300 per day.

30% by T/T in advance, 70% by T/T before delivery.
