As Livamak(Livamach), we manufacture Press Brakes, Guillotine Shears and all kinds of Hydraulic Presses in our factory, which we established with 100% domestic capital initiative under the name of Hack Machine in Konya. Although we have been in the manufacturing sector for about 20 years, we reflect our experience in both machinery manufacturing and technical requirements to the products in our production.

In addition, as Livamak, we have been continuing our activities in sales, marketing and supply of machinery and equipment in Kocaeli for many years. For this purpose, we have taken our commercial activities that we have been continuing for years one step further and started to market and sell the products of our commercial partners with whom we work in Turkey, Europe and the Far East with our Livamak brand.

For this purpose, we have offered the machines of our suppliers, whose quality we trust, to the service of our customers with an OEM sales policy. While doing these operations here, we aimed to gather all the machines needed by our customers at the most affordable prices under the same roof, rather than just selling with OEM logic. As it is known, procurement is a very serious process and it is a process that needs to be followed and controlled in the best way. In addition, dealing with dozens of suppliers one by one is both a really tiring and very risky process. Here, we take all this burden off your shoulders and carry out machine model determination, order process, manufacturing stage follow-up, quality control, payment facilities and reliable delivery of machinery and equipment for you, and we do all this under one roof.

In our machine park, which is located in our factory and which we have created in order to ensure that all production can be done by us, we can take control of the entire production and fulfill our part to achieve the desired quality standards. Thanks to the presence of the necessary machines in our factory, especially to process large machine bodies, we are able to perform precisely controlled processing operations of large parts, which is actually one of the most important stages of the manufacturing phase.

In the production of intermediate parts, we show the necessary sensitivity especially in the detail parts that we produce with our own means and machines as much as possible, and in this way, we can realize the highest possible adaptation of these intermediate mechanical parts to the machines.

QUALITY CONTROL

After the machines we have manufactured are completed the manufacturing processes, they are tested by our technical team and qualified before they are delivered to the customers and loaded and packaged after confirming that they work properly.

MACHINE INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY TO CUSTOMER

After the machines are delivered to my customers safely, our technical team installs and delivers the machines at the time of the visit we mutually agreed with our customers.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SPARE PARTS SUPPLY

Our technical service team immediately intervenes after the necessary planning when and where necessary for our machines and does their best to ensure that the machines do not stop.
