After the welding, we make a stress relief process by high-temperature tempering or vibration system to improve the mechanical properties of materials, reduce deformation and rebound, improve the stability and durability of the workpiece, and machine frame sensitivity is protected for a long lifetime.
The sheet follower system for press brakes is an auxiliary device installed on bending machines, primarily used to continuously monitor and track the position of metal sheets during the bending process. The system automatically adjusts the position and angle of the supporting arms to ensure that the sheet moves steadily and accurately throughout the entire bending process. This significantly improves the precision and efficiency of bending while reducing the physical strain on operators.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
The warranty period is 36 months after receiving the machine; any quick-wear part is available for free during the guarantee period under proper operation, customers only need to pay for the freight of the replaced new parts. Installation and training services are optional for customers, any client can ask for this service from HARSLE, and they should assume the airfare and accommodation for our engineer during the journey. The salary for each engineer is USD300 per day.

BACK LIGHT CURTAIN
The back light curtain system will immediately send a signal to trigger the press brake to stop or slow down to avoid potential dangers by transmitting and receiving optical signals to monitor whether people are entering or approaching the rear area.
SAFETY DOOR SWITCH
When the electrical cabinet door is opened, the power outage device will automatically cut off the power supply to the electrical system, preventing personnel from coming into contact with live components and circuits.
MONITOR VALVE *
The monitor valve monitor and control the pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system. When the pressure exceeds the set range, it will automatically trigger and maintain the pressure within the safe range by adjusting the flow rate or damping.
SAFETY RELAY *
In the event of unexpected shutdowns, or abnormal conditions, the safety relay will promptly restore the press brake system to a secure state to ensure the mitigation of potential dangers and accidents, safeguarding individuals, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
SAFETY GUARD SWITCH *
The safety guard switch can detect the opening and closing state of the guardrail door. When the guardrail door is opened, the power-off device will immediately cut off the power supply of the press brake to stop its operation, to guarantee the operators' safety.
LASER PROTECTION *
The MSD and DSP laser protection has detection area, if an opaque object interrupts the beam, the control system stops the device. Thus fully protects the personal safety of the operator, to avoid the danger caused by the rapid movement of the press brake slider.
OIL COOLER *
Oil coolers employ cooling fans and coolers to effectively lower oil temperatures, to ensure the hydraulic system's stability and optimal operation by maintaining suitable operating conditions for its components.

DA-Offline software maximizes machine efficiency and production output of press brakes. The Profile-T software facilitates offline programming and simulation of the bending process. Production preparation, make ability and tooling verification, operator training, adding notes for production, and many other functions can be carried out offline. The Profile-T software offers advanced programming in 2D / 3D in line with the DA-Touch controller software. The steps from the start of programming to the desired program including its transfer to the control are embedded in the user interface. Programming the product graphically shows a true scale representation of the intended product. Realistic product visualization gives feedback on feasibility, collisions, required tools, and tool adapters for production. Special operations like hemming bend and bumping are supported graphically, enabling a complete preview of the bending process.
Delem system has advanced functions, a user-friendly interface, reliability, and stability in the field of CNC machine tool control, as well as flexibility and adaptability, which can meet different processing needs. Delem DA-66T system has a graphical programming interface, which can realize 3D simulation, automatic tool selection, Ram pressure prediction, multi-process bending, and other functions. It also has a strong post-processing capability and can be integrated with various bending machinery. This controller is compatible with offline software Profile-TL using which your employee will be able to write CNC programs for your parts in your company. The DA-69T system has a more advanced graphical programming interface and a more powerful feature set. It supports real-time 3D simulation, automatic tool selection, bending force control, multi-process bending, reverse bending, and deviation.Profile-T3D offline software allows importing DXF files with part drawings. The software will automatically create a program for the operator which will facilitate their work.
